Helping prepare Nicola Gazzetto for the worlds

Nicola "The Hit Machine" Gazzetto is preparing for the Worlds and has been at the last few practices in the refridgerator also known as Captain Canada's, The Master of the Universe's, The Ayatollah of ArmWrestling A Rolla's Devon Larratt's garage.

Nicola feels his strongest and best ever. I am confident he will do well there. At 176 he is just as deadly as when he is heavier.... but maybe even faster. Look out worlds... here comes The Hit Machine!!!

Niccola is stronger than i have ever felt him. he also does a very cool trick with pennies. he is a very fast dude.

We will be posting some videos of Nicola doing hammer curls.

He starts out a drop set with the 100 lb'ers for a set of 6 or 7, then to the 95's, 90's. 85's, and finishes off with the 80's!!!

He does this three times! He is a d**n machine.

I've never seen anyone throw dumbbells around like this before. His biceps are ferocious.
