Is there an ranking system for amateurs and professionals?
If so what is it?

There is no official ranking system in armwrestling. This is in part because of the varied tournament formats, weight classes, etc. used by different associations around the world. There are a few sites where rankings are compiled by individuals that attempt to identify the current top competitors.
