I've got a question: I'm going to be 40 at the end of the month ; do I qualify to compete in Masters at provincials, since I will be 40 at the time of Nats? I hope somebody can answer this. Thanks...

Because you simply need to compete at Provincials to attend Nationals and you don't need to qualify for a particular class (as you must do at Nationals to attend Worlds), there is no need to pull masters at this year's provincials. The stipulation of 40+ years on the day of the event will stand.
