Good luck to all Ontarians competing at the Canadian Championships in Winnipeg this weekend. I'll be arriving tomorrow afternoon and am looking forward to it.

is there a site or anyway for us to keep posted? Shea is going and was looking strong on the weekend, will be a good year for everyone I think from Ontario

I didn't know Shea was going. That's great news!
I don't know if anyone will be providing live updates, but results will definitely make their way onto the Canadian board (http://armwrestling.proboards.com) and eventually this board as well.

Shea B side right hand in 176s (not sure about left)
Allen Ford on A side in right 187s (not sure about left)
Anatoly on A side both arms in 198s
Brian on B side in left 198s (took fourth in the right) along with Fraser Benoit
Del Mudryk on B side in the right 198s
Tyrell on A side with both arms in the 220s
Matt Mask and Eric Roussin on B side with both arms in the 220s
Jeff Slater on A side in the 242s right and on B side in the 242s left
Ryan on A side both arms in the supers
Earl on B side both arms in the supers
Joe Gould on B side in the left supers
Mark Zalepa on B side in the right supers
Laura Cook on A side both arms in the 154s
Joanne Langlois on B side both arms in the 154s
