Looking for a strap...any help???

I want to do some more practicing in the strap but can't find a good quality one where the buckle doesn't snap. Anybody know where I could pick one up? Thanks. I also just heard about clubbells & wanted to check it out for myself but can't seem to find them for sale anywhere???

blue straps in the automotive tie down section of canadian tire 2 under $10 is the same as the events use. can't miss them.
