these rankings confuse me how can somebody place 3rd at nationals and still be ranked under some one he beat to get 3rd or am i totally wrong and nationals dosent count for ranking. but that dint make sense there both from Ontario

I'm not sure which pullers you're describing, but I can tell you that the top Ontario rankings haven't been updated since before the nationals.
