What do you guys do to make your tendons stronger, apart from the obvious answer, i.e. table time?

I've gained a lot of tendon strength through isometric exercises. A basic example would be holding a heavy dumbbell at a 90 degree angle for time. I do three sets per exercise, holding about 10 seconds per set.

Static holds are excellent for building tendon strength. I started incorporating these in my arm training. Fayez gave me a few tips on static holds for biceps and such.
