Dev, Mike, Ryan, come train with us soon.
It was great to be back at the Wahoo! Like we never left. Awesome first practice back.
Tonight at the Wahoo 2, it's the BAC!
No wimps allowed. That's tonight's slogan. 8:00pm.

Are any of the long lost BAC members coming out of the woodwork? Jeremy? Dave?
I expect the BAC to earn a lot of points in Kingston.

This Thursday's BAC practice could quite likely be Jeff Penney's last practice with our club, or perhaps even in Ontario. Jeff will be going away for work (military) and then probably being moved when he returns.
That's why we are having a "Jeff Penney Going Away Armwrestling Practice/Shindig"
If you are in moderately close proximity to Belleville, come train with us, 8pm Wahoo 2 Sportsbar - HWY #2 West, Belleville.
During Jeff's approximate 5 years with the club, he won the 08 Provincials(one of the deepest 198 classes ever), followed it up with back to back Provincial 2nd's. He finished 3rd at Nationals in consecutive years, and finished 4th at the Arnold Classic. Not too shabby! Multiple Arm Melter titles to boot!
Anyway, apart from Jeff's accomplishments, he was a very commited competitor. Practiced and competed regularly, and was the "strongest" arm in our club most nights.
A great down to earth guy, awesome sense of humour too. Brother in arms.
The club is going to miss you, don't go!!!!!
Come train with Jeff Penney and the rest of the BAC, this Thursday 8pm Wahoo 2.
