My advice Fayez is just to concede the win. Save yourself the aggrevation of training and getting pinned and give up. LMAO. Just kidding buddy. More of and table time and gym to improve reaction time. Concentrate more on gaining control of the match as opposed to pinning the opponent. Hitters will usually give up alot when they dont get a great hit. Pull for control in these situations. Train for the reaction and control statics for power. JMO

What like how good it feels to win??? You will have to lose a bit of weight my friend. I will be pulling 98's on Saturday. I have only been about 7 lbs over but was to lazy to loose it. Few more to go and I am in like flynn. I feel the same about you too Bill. Mounds of respect. You have great power and a strong hit. I am just trying to get my licks in on Fayez while I still can. Stay outside, way outside. LOL

lol. thx Guy for the advice and Bill for your encouragement. i will definitely go with your advice Guy. I still feel that even when the reaction time is good, the tendon does not resist speed as well as resisting the same force applied at a slower rate. difficult to explain lol. any more advice on special exercises to strengthen tendon resistance to speed. like dynamic movements if they help or other special training. thx guys.

Maybe hitting into a band, or bicycle tube. Do not overdue this!!!! Just a constant hit into tension. Not trying to increase but just repetition.

I'll throw out something here.
I try to target an area where they may be weak. I'll let them hit into me while I bust their wrist open, open their bicep angle or turn their rotator (whatever). Hitting without full control leaves your opponents a bit vulnerable if you can attack the right area.
Sometimes I need to face a guy a few times to get a good feel for him but if I have him figured out he's usually fucked... unless he can hit in other areas. It's still a work in progress ;D

I'm not saying it's prefect Bilal. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I just know what I'm thinking of when facing a hitter and there is usually something you can exploit. If the guy is just too good or too strong there is NOTHING you can do anyway.
