One of the best practices of the year. I was all tore up after the first half and swollen after the second half. Good times for sure. I felt like a V.I.P. Merry Christmas guys. If there is time I am up for some table time over the holidays

Tonight at the Wahoo 2 @ 7ish... the World Famous Belleville Armwrestling Club welcome.... Mike "the Crusher" Gould.
Tonight would be a great night to make the trip to Belleville.
We have had too long of a break - two weeks. I am ready to train.

Last Thursday at the Wahoo 2!
Very, very good training.
Attendance
Mike Gould Joe Gould Jeff Penney The Promise Tony Brooks Matt Goldfarb Jeremy Johnston
I was very sore after this one for two days after. Jeremy feels super strong - when he shows up at 10pm. Penney's left is feeling pretty good. Goldfarb beat the Promise 3-0 left, 3-1 right. It was great pullin with my big bro too.

Belleville Armwrestling Club - Practice @ the Wahoo 2
Thursday, January 15th
John Milne Joe Gould The Promise Jeremy Johnston Big Tony Dave Drumm Tracy Drumm Jeff Penney
Not our hardest practice, but, real good training tonight. Good times. Thanks to John Milne coming down to train with us and doing some video too. Good luck in your upcoming supermatch, John. Also, good to see Tracy Drumm out again - keep up the good training Tracy. Penney was asked if he felt like the Rock? What a dumb question -he is the Rock - always.

Thanks Joe and the BAC for a great practice. My arms are smoked!
I recieved a VERY warm welcome (as the video will show). I'll see if the East Coast Baller can post it fairly soon... there are some people across the province that might be interested in that footage.

Great to see you John- i wish I could have pulled you a bit longer. Your feelin' tough, especially the right. I'd like to see you pull Drumm. I know it's a long haul for you, but you're welcome to come out any time. Jeff

I'm gonna try to make it up again sometime soon Jeff.
I might regret it but I really want some of that right arm.

Despite getting "checked" by the BAC last time ( see posted video), I think I'm gonna try to make it this week also. Rumor has it that Big Mike Gould and Hasan "The Assasin" Monfils might be in attendence so it could be good times. Be there on time Penney.. I want some of that right arm...... I think

Awesome to have Troy out - he is very strong as always. "The Kid" is like a first round draft pick. Strong and keen. My arms are very tore up. [/center]
