Of interest, the Promise has a new tattoo. Mills feels super tough, his style is better than ever too - but, I don't think he'll be able to make it out Saturday.

Thomas and Goldfarb seem very close at the table tonight - perhaps slight advantage to Thomas. Mills is getting increasingly stronger and tighter at the table. Great to see Jeremy at practice again. Penney and Brooks showed up just after most of the guys had already left.
Early in the night a couple of guys were at practice from the Loyalist radio station and we did some interviews. Can't wait to here what the Promise had to say.
Next week - I won't be there. Hopefully Goldfarb can bring his table and some guys come out.

I can be there between 7:30-8pm with a table aslong as ppl are going to show up ... i'm not much for one to sit around by my self waiting for ppl, i am impatient lol

Sorry to anybody who showed up last night for practice and was counting on me to bring my table .....My alarm never went off and i woke up at 9pm opps  and seeing how i have to work at 10pm didn't really leave me a chance to make it out anyways sorry for any inconvience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

BAC practice Thursday night

Stayed until 9:30 pm drank a few beers then took off to the local strip club. Drank a few whiskeys there and had to deal with a couple of bikers who say they run the place.
Matt I blame you for my rough night I could have been armwrestling.....lol

Lol sounds liek you had a good night Tony! maybe you should be thanking me .....haha but ya sorry bout that guys ..and i doubt i will be making it out this thursday or to the tourney in smith falls something has came up ......but i will be out next week 110% good luck on the weekend guys !

Good on Daylan Thomas winning the 220 right and left classes at the Smith's Fall's tournament last weekend, getting free entry to the Provincials to boot.

Thanks for a wicked session last night, it was Great to hang out with the BAC.
My highlights: Mike Gould is back - bigtime, he dumped my left a few times, i think single life is good for him. i feel that if he wants it, he could once again be a very dominant force in NA
The Promise- feeling stronger, this guy just keeps getting better (his brothe Adam feels strong aswell)
Tony continues to improve technicaly
What the f**k happend to Dave Drumms Left?!? awesome strong
Just hangin with you guuys gives me more ideas for good skits.

Shitty buzz ...stuck on afternoons so once again i couldn't make it out Bummer  anyways merry christmas guys! if theres any pulling over the break anywhere let me know id like to get out and get some practice in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
