Wow super athlete besides that you must not read before you type, seeing that everything your saying I said I do in my post and I still have time for tourney's so balance on that. I welcome you to the sport just the same as I would any other persons that would love to get into this sport, I am just a very passionate puller and find it very disrespectful when someone try's to boast themselves up as a big threat to the sport and then just post's reasons or problems for them not to hit tourney's. It's a crazy game armwrestling and takes lots of time to be anything in this sport I don't care how strong or athletic you might be! Any sport you want to get into takes a lot of time. I hit the gym daily and pull every weekend. Just because I didn't go to the arm melter doesn't mean I'm no passionate about arm wrestling. I guess every person expresses their passion in different ways. I talk a lot...sure. I'm a cocky bastard. Comes with the territory, I'm Lebanese lol I talk a lot of shit too and I'm in peoples' faces. Get used to it. I'll be around for a long time.

hey bilal i just took over my dads business i have two kids and a wife that takes a lot of my time . but i still take time to train and work out 4 years ago iwas 340 lbs now im 260 and in the best shape of my life thats because of arm wrestling and making time for the sport i love . i have to agree with the promise you do say alot for some one just starting out but thats ok we need new faces. promise is a bad ass because he puts his heart and sole in this game. and hes earned the right to do soa great arm wrestler once said no excuses you pull fresh you pull tired you pull sore you MAKE TIME TO PULL or your part time armwrestler you're telling me everyone on here makes it to EVERY tournament? I highly doubt that. I just started pulling 4 months ago and I've already pulled in a tournament. I don't think that is bad either. Congrats on losing that much weight man, that's great. I can tell you love the sport. Nothing wrong with hyping yourself up and talking shit....sports is all about shit talking lol. What do we have without entertainment?

Fu*k balance! In 05 I quit my job cuz they wouldn't give me that Saturday off(mike Gould classic). Do not try to structure this sh*t around "life". Simply can't work that way if u ve been bitten by the bug. If you pocess long term passion/obsession for ANYTHING.... EMBRACE IT!!!

Thanks Phillip but I'm just getting started!!!!! 1st I plan on getting down to 198lbs then total domination. I'm about 215lbs now from 255lbs when I pulled @ the Murray Park Memorial last September. I quit smoking & started the Gobby diet (same one Chris posted for Ian Carnegie with a few alterations) I figure if the Grippler is chasin' 242lbs I better get the hell out of the way lol. Not that I have any business in that class anyhow. As for my "climbing gear".... funny you should mention it I have been taking tips from rock climbers for hand & back strength. I will be doing more & more softball chinups while listening to Jimi Hendix's Voodoo Child. Listen to the first line in the song Phillip & you will understand. (Best armwrstling tune ever!!!!) Thanks again Joe!!!!!

Looks like everyone had a good time at the AM, Big Joe. Hey, I'm coming back shortly for a couple of weeks visit. We'll get a BAC practice in somewhere, Bro. We'll talk. Daylan, that's funny stuff- but I don't think you truly give a f@#k whether this guy shows up at all the tourneys. You just want to bust his balls a bit because he irritates you with all his bragging! LMFAO. You find him narcissistic! Just a hunch. lol. Oh, I just made up a joke: How many narcissists does it take to change a lightbulb? Answer: Who cares, lets talk about me instead. See you soon guys.
