I am 37 yrs old just starting armwrestling and working out....my job keeps in pretty good shape, but very demanding on arms and shoulders and makes it hard for me to recover from injury...pulled muscles etc. I am trying not too work legs or chest too much to maintain this weight. I havent been able to train in the last few mths but i`m feeling great now and just need a little direction...thanks for the info guys...great to hear and well respected.
