Being very strong, and excellent in the hook will take u a long way. But just remember, if ur hand isn't equally dominant pro pullers will beat u all day long. I have small wrist genetically, which I perceive as a big problem in arm wrestling. Any way to get over that?

Although an extreme example, check this video out Chris, Taras appears to do the high hook and flatten john's hand. However, John uses his lat, elbow and underside of his wrist to go through Taras.... a great match! www.youtube.com/watch?v=AxOM0G6DLUIBilal: A great way to start building a decent hand and wrist is training with thick handled barbbells or dumbbells.

Yes the High Hook is the way to go!! Although if you can add alot of speed to any of the techniques and are still able to execute them properly you will increase the effectiveness of them by alot! ;D

I have recently started training with fat gripz...they can make any dumbell or barbell a thick bar...not sure if you've heard of them....thanks for the advice.

Fat gripz are probably a cheap alternative to having something made or buying a thickbar. Nice work!
