Bill, if you can lift 210 on the Rolling Thunder without training, you have tremendous strength potential. You can get far in this sport if you want it.

Bill, its extremely rare and beyond impressive to see someone haul up 210lbs on the rolling thunder without training, its like someone picking up a number three captains of crush gripper for the first time and closing it!

I think Bill's right about Barrie. Since then I've done 230, though I don't deadlift with it very often. I've got a handle that Rob Graham made (same handle size but it rolls on bearings, works great!) that I use for wrist curls, and I think that helps alot for the Rolling Thunder lift. I also do a lot of levering with a thick bar.
