This would be good tournament for you to hit. The level of competition varies from Arm Melter to Arm Melter, but typically the level of competition is not as high as for the circuit events. Plus, it's triple elimination, so you'll get to pull a lot of different people.

It's ideal for new comers! Best bang for ur buck u can get. Guaranteed 6 matches(triple elim) for 30$!! The level of competition is well mixed between novice and amateur with the odd pro. The reffering is always excellent, which makes it ideal for a beginner in keeping safe. Not to mention always a fun an inviting atmosphere. . Guaranteed u ll learn alot and have a blast!

... Also, many pullers pull up in class, so u ll see some interesting match ups. In fact At the last arm melter I attended I saw a 220lb Fayez get top rolled by a just a lil guy!

lol Chris. it was my first tournament ever and i didn`t know anything about techniques. i like arm-melters and i think Joe Gould is a great commentator. he makes the environment entertaining and competitive.

Bilal stop worrying about it. Just go!!!!! You will win some you will lose some. Just pull safe and dont be concerned with winning. Personally I find all the tournaments the same. Some you just last longer. I am not concerned with losing in fact I am getting quite good at it. I like to specialize. ;D ;D ;D This sport has a lot more valleys than mountains. You learn to enjoy the peaks when they happen.

My first tournament was an arm melter. Man did I ever get spanked, but I sure had fun. So your worst case scenario is you get atleast six pulls if you enter left and right classes, and you meet a lot of awesome people. Even if you lose every match, its my opinion that the losses make you a better puller in the long run. The more you lose, the harder you train. Atleast that's how I look at it. I say go out and have fun. Not to mention the super matches that day will be too good to miss.

You learn to enjoy the peaks when they happen. You are too modest. I have asked around about you, and you seem to be doing pretty good...I as told you have one hell of a toproll... P.S. I am always concerned about winning. I do not enter a sport looking to loose. There will come a time when I will win, and I will win it all...even if it takes me 20 years.
