You're exactly right Jerry: I do believe Chris is deliberately (with bias) ranking me too low and tarnishing my good name. I believe first time pullers should not be ranked ahead of veterans because they never get removed from the rankings. I have stated my case, proven the rankings incorrect and you and Chris still refuse to make the changes. When I point out that Tanya has never beaten Tamara Chris agrees and the rankings will be changed, no problem. When I say that Jamieson Lalonde has never beaten me Chris doesn't give me the same respect and make the correction. Beating people in a province the size of Ontario can be nearly impossible. Why don't we just ask Jamieson what his win/loss record against me is? I've pulled almost every circuit tournament since the circuits started. Does he really think he can beat me? If so then accept a supermatch challenge. Last time I challenged 4 pullers to a match on the same day all I got back was BS. One remained silent, one wanted me to drive 8 hours north and another wanted to get paid, win or lose. Oh ya, and the last one NOBODY has ever hear of, including Eric Roussin (who did the rankings at the time). Funny thing is that person is still ranked ahead of me. I'm sick and tired of this and I just want my name removed. I'm not ranked in the top 5 like Crazy George, Brian Tamblyn or Devon. Nobody will miss the 20th placed puller. And as for quitting, never! I was here long before Chris and Jerry came along and I'll be here long after their gone! If I have to waste money on something as silly as this, I will. Chris cannot be taken seriously since most of his posts are insulting everyone. If the OAA continues to let this continue me and my family will take our support somewhere else.

Because the rankings are not affiliated with the OAA in any way, the OAA has no grounds for enforcement.
I think the best strategy to adopt if you feel you aren't ranked correctly would be to say why you feel this way by stating your recent relevant wins and losses, but I would also suggest providing examples of the wins and losses of the pullers ranked ahead of you.
When I maintained the rankings, I occasionally mis-ranked pullers, either due to my having incomplete information, or simply due to an oversight. But if information was brought to my attention and I felt there were grounds for revisions, I would update the rankings.
Rob, I'd bet that Chris is either currently reviewing (or plans on reviewing) your recent tournament history to see if he's overlooked anything. Sometime results don't provide full information. For example, at the Oct 20th tournament you placed one spot ahead of Tony Brooks with the left. Did you guys actually pull? In a doule elimination tournament, it could be possible that you did not. However if you did, I think Chris will take this into consideration.

I think it's more the approach Chris takes when information is presented. It sounds like an attack to defend his choices. That's my opinion

Will- when specific details are brought to my attention, I am always thankfull and positive. However I have little patience for the "I ve beaten this guy before, so why am I not ahead of him?" argument (which rob. & yourself have both done). This argument/question is void of circumstance, and 30% of the nuts & bolts of rankings is circumstance.
Rob- I could care less if you ever aw again or win a world championship Tommorow. Sure I think some of your posts are ridiculous.. But you can be sure this is not reflected in the rankings. The reason your ranked low is because your a weak arm wrestler. The fact that your a passionate veteran of the sport plays zero role.
Jeff- you got me pegged. Btw, I received your check but cannot cash it. You missed spelled your name, and where you need to put the date, you wrote "banana".

I said NOWHERE in my post that I should be ranked higher, lower or even at at all in respect in Mike. I simply stated why he was still up so high. I mentioned that I beat him at Nationals twice last year and easily at Melter this year. There is no d**n way he's beating with me, rejean or Jeremy Hachey who you also took off the list who beat both me and rejean AND had a win over Sylvio Bourque at our Atlantics.
Regardless of what is mentioned, ALL your posts come off hostile

Mike has recent wins over Joel & I. And I would beat all 3 of you. You now see its not that simple. You also know that the days you beat mike, he has either had a super match just before or pulled 2 classed the day before at nationals. (Uuummm.. Zero hostility). I'm never hostile with logical arguments or positive advice.

So your saying masters class if you pull at Nationals takes precedence over the open class because its run first?
And if your beating them all... And your being accurate, why aren't you ranking yourself above them.

So your saying masters class if you pull at Nationals takes precedence over the open class because its run first? No. I'm saying when puller A gets a win on puller B, circumstance like fatigue (due to a very long match prior, a s match prior or pulling the day before) come into play.

I was stating I can beat you, Rej and Jeremy left. I ve beaten mike the last 4 times we pulled left. However the last 3 times I pulled Joel (left) I've lost. And mike has beaten Joel in their last 2 left handed s matches.
The last 2 times I pulled Brad I've beaten him (but that was 3 years ago). Brad easily beat mike who has many recent wins over Joel, who has multiple wins on me. Sometimes rankings can be black & white... Other times its very murky.

I'm not saying you can't, but have you EVER pulled me rejean or Jeremy?? No. Geoff hale is ranked ahead of you. Has he ever pulled you? Judgement tells me I would beat the 3 of you. My national titles, Harley pull titles and wins over Matt wiggins, Jason Manjin, Tyler wilkinson, Maksim, mike seleris, Denis Dubreuil, Dan Bellefeuille, aslan albegov & rob Hancock reinforces that judgement.... But at the end of the day it's speculation. As is a portion of maintaining the rankings.
